The ever burning flame

So i'm doing a playthrough of Rayya's children, and i've now gotten to the part where i have to choose a statue. I chose the ever burning flame because i was intrigued by the legendary weapons. Whilst trying to even find where to craft the monument, I googled that there was an issue with crafting it. I have now stumbled upon this issue. Right now I have all the required items to craft the monument, except the sunflowers and fox-lillies. After a while of trying to buy some through what must have been a hundred traders, I hit the "♥♥♥♥ it" button and just went to stamp them in using the dev tools item stamper. While looking for the sunflowers and fox-lillies in the stamper, i noticed that there are only the plants on the list, and not the resource itself, unlike frostsnap flowers or birghtbell flowers. So I stamped the plants into the world, and then harvested them, only to find that they only yeilded the seeds to plant more flowers. Then it occured to me, the recipe for the monument calls for "Brightbell FLOWERS," no just "Brightbell", but the recipe also calls for 4 "Fox Lily" not "Fox lily flower". So now im wondering if maybe there is even such a thing as sunflowers in the game. If anyone has actually managed to craft this item, I would like to know because I want to figure out if it is a mod issue that I am having. (Yes, i am running ACE), or if it is a missing game files error, or if it just straight up a problem with the game. Thanks for any help or feedback. :)

un-deploy the plants (the chair icon with the red arrow -- make sure you have space in storage or the hearthlings won't take them up if they have nowhere to put them.) You're right, there's no "harvested flowers" item for them, the crafting recipe uses the plants directly.

The same issue happens when you want to craft wax plant seeds -- harvesting the flowers doesn't drop anything, but if you un-deploy the plants you can craft the seeds from them.

Okay thanks, i actually found a trader who sells the flowers, but it just made me even more confused than i was before. Thanks for the help. :)
