Goblin's quest line

I think i just finished the goblin's story line, and some goblin came to me and said that "power seeks power"? Or something like that and if i wanted to fight i should use an iten that my blacksmith could make to summon him, i think. Thing is, i can't remenber that iten's name, i looking at my blacksmith recipes i can't notice something new. Can anyone help me figure it out ?
