Wauw thats a big overstatement,
All Zvonimir is saying, is that cheats/hack/exploits are not allowed and the policy is(as in any other on-line game) that a player will recieve a ban for this type of behaviour.
I suggest you read a lot of other games ToA's and EULA's i think you will get quite a chock then :)
But to be a little more helpfull here.
Cheating/Hacking/Exploits are not allowed here since the game is in a continues connection for the leaderboards, Ratings etc. This game is both Single and Multiplayer and due to the Multiplayer aspect(which also takes into account your single-player progress), it is simply not allowed to cheat in this game, doing so and you risk recieving a ban.

Cheats are not allowed while online - but are for offline mode. If you switch the game to offline mode in options it disables the cheat protection. I don't think we have any cheat codes, but I know trainers online (We do not endorse them and use at your own risk) that have worked in the past. Hope this helps.
