Full Bags & Loot Hoarder

So im trying to get these two achievements and im not sure if they are bugged.

For Full Bags i got 3 characters invintories maxed out and it did not pop.

For Loot Hoarder i filled all the slots in the base vault and again it did not pop.

As far as i know that is what needs to be done for the achievements to activate but yet nothing happens. Am i doing it right? or are these two bugged?

okay nvm for some reason they popped when i did the requirements again later. Will leave this here in case anyone has the same problem.

The Full Bags achievement popped on the mission to get a weapon from Jenna's room side quest, about halfway through the campaign.

The Loot Hoarder achievement popped when back at base after above mission, and filling the base vault.
