Critical Game-Breaking Bug: Abby T-Pose and Crash in "Seattle Day 1"

In Abby's "Seattle Day 1" chapter, after getting into the vehicle, Abby's character model suddenly stands upright with arms stretched out horizontally in a T-pose. While moving, she glides across the ground without proper animations. Most critically, whenever I attempt to reload the handgun, the game freezes and then crashes.​

Earlier in the game, I lost my save data due to an autosave issue. To continue playing, I replaced my save file with one from a completed playthrough and resumed from Ellie's "Seattle Day 1." Everything proceeded smoothly until reaching Abby's "Seattle Day 1," where I encountered the aforementioned issues, making it impossible to progress further.​

Has anyone else experienced this problem? Are there any known fixes or workarounds?
