Document bugged

So the first gate code document you pick up is bugged for me and I can't put it away, extremely frustrating. I can't even reload and skip picking it up because it say incorrect code until you read the document. Why does a remastered game have this issue? Now past the 2hr mark and can't even refund.

*Disabled steam input fixed the issue, what a joke since I don't have a controller plugged in and using M&K
