game is crashing

hello! my game keeps lagging at the same part and closing by itself, i already played a few hours so i dont know what is happening with this now since i didnt had any problems before.. cant even continue playing with this playing cause the game continues crashing and closing at the same part so i don't know what to do anymore

try to lower the graphics settings temporarily and try to pass the crashing section. the most engine stress is in level or encounter transitions. beyond those it should be fine with "normal" settings.

I already tried, even with low settings it keeps crashing, so i dont really know what to do :/ and i was already very far in the game

where exactly are you crashing? might help to know, if the devs are reading in here.

I'm stuck at "Seattle, Dia 2 - Atalho " there is a beggining of a scene sequence of ceiling lights and it's there that keeps crashing

ceiling lights? the aquarium scene? when you bring yara into the room? there are multiple report of that scene crashing. no solution has been found yet.

yes! that one! its been 2 days since i cant play because of that T_T

try all of it. disable upscaling. lower resolution. lower settings. framecap it. all of it at once. that's what i would do. it should load it. unless it's broken game data. you'd have to verify the game data at this point and try again.

if that doesn't fix it... you can report it to nixxes. but do that report calmly. they are just humans aswell. give them the crash location description. specs and settings used.

pretty sure they are already looking into it, tho.

what are your specs btw? i didn't even ask that. oops.
