Seraphites First arrow bug/glitch

Has anyone had any issues with this section? I get shot with the arrow but there's no prompt whatsoever, i've tried holding down/mashing E/F key and can't seem to get past this bit.

I'm playing on NG+ Grounded as well.

https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3463850744 I just kept reloading my manual and auto save and it somehow manage to go past the scripted section, the arrow is stuck in my shoulders

I had to replay a certain section from the chapters/encounters menu, not sure if that will void my run the for the achievement :/

Could it be that the UI is hidden on Grounded?

Possibly but i've tried holding down the E and F key as well as mashing it they didn't seem to work, i somehow got through the scripted bit from reloading the encounter/chapter several times

Going through the chapters again but on light mode for missed collectables, i went through the first Seraphites encounter and it was the "Q" button. All goods now, i must've messed around with my key bindings
