(AMD Adrenaline 25.3.2 download error) "This App Cant Run On Your Computer"

i cant figure out if its a windows issue but i think it is. basically when you download the 25.3.2 driver from the AMD website in your browser, than actually click on the file to start downloading it to your computer it says "This App Cant Run On Your Computer" even though my graphics card is listed as one that can download it. (RX 6800 XT) ive tried everything from scrubbing all AMD related stuff from my computer and than trying the download to shutting off my firewall etc nothing is working for me. if anyone knows what i should do plz help.
