New Game Plus Issue: upgrades and holsters removed during gameplay

After completing the game, I started a new playthrough on a higher difficulty. Early on, I noticed a strange bug—Ellie’s upgrades and the holsters I had acquired during my full collectible run were missing. I did some research and found that others have experienced this issue as well. I’m wondering if anyone here has encountered the same problem, and if there’s a known workaround that I might have missed?

Nope. But if you’re experiencing this it’s definitely a bug. Unless you have clicked New Game instead of New Game Plus by mistake…

If you still keep a manual save from the 1st playthrough, try starting again a NG+.
