Fun game until they make you play as an evil character

There is nothing fun about playing Abby at any point in the game. It's frustrating to be forced to play as someone who is not the main character and who is evil to their core.

Without giving away any spoilers, it's important to consider what these characters are thinking and feeling before labeling any of them as 'evil.' Keep in mind the broader context of both this story and the events from Part I. If you're looking for a straightforward good-versus-evil narrative, The Last of Us may not be the story you're expecting.

I was feeling the same the first time I played the game in PS4 and I started playing with Abby, I hated her. But by the end of the game I switched to team Abby and I almost hated Ellie. That's what makes this game a narrative master piece.

Play as an evil character? Did you even pay attention to the story at all? Joel kills Abby's dad at the hospital in part 1.. Abby wanted revenge for her dad's death, which only happened because of Joel's selfishness.

I beg of you to see both sides of the situation. Sure, I get why Joel did what he did. Hell, I'd prolly be selfish and do the same thing if I were in Joel's shoes. Yet let's not act like what Joel did wasn't selfish or ♥♥♥♥♥♥. Abby's response was very reasonable. If I were in her shoes, I'd want revenge, too.

Me when part 1 and part 2 consistently say that Joel and Tommy did horrible awful things to survive but everyone says abby is evil because all the men simply cannot empathize with a woman
