For the television show I mean. Since Drunkmann stated that her looks are realistic, and many women look like this in real life.

I think it would be a real challenge to find someone that looks like Abby in the game and has the same body as Abby in the game. The face model for Abby in the game doesn't even have her body.

There's literally cosplayers that are built like Abby. The reason they didn't pick someone like that for the show was most likely because there were no actresses available that fit that description. If you look at Hollywood they're all built like twigs

A gym won't make a woman look like that, not even a male without roids.

Plenty of men look bigger then her without any use of ped's. People massively overstate how big she is, she isn't super shredded either so a lot of her size is also going to come from fat. Plenty of ladies on ped's are way bigger then here. The real question is in the world of TLOU is it realistic given the stress and rest/sleep requirements to build muscle. The answer even with ped's is no. Just like there being petrol still is unrealistic (even moreso).

So that's a no, I cannot then. Mkay. Many people do look like her in real life, her body is based on a real woman (who yes is on ped's imo), but they made Abby smaller. Plenty of woman bodybuilders and crossfit woman are built bigger then Abby.

Her father was a doctor for the FF with a sterile environment and medical equipment. They definitely would have access to anabolic steroids if they were capable of creating a vaccine or cure.

The reason why the actor that plays Abby in the show isn't as muscular as Abby in the game could be a result of anabolic steroids, genetics, etc...

Cardiomegaly is not worth the risk to most people outside of the bodybuilding. Some actors use them, some don't.
