Haven't had any crashes yet since.
I tried those fixes : https://support.nixxes.com/hc/en-us/articles/24753166791069-The-game-crashes-with-a-0x887A0006-DXGI-ERROR-DEVICE-HUNG-error?input_string=game+crash+endlessly
But it do not works at all
What is the pagefile thingy?

Oh the settings they recommend for this fix are already on by default on my settings
I've had the same problem as you. Crashes every 15-20 min of gameplay. I might have found a way that i've not seen anywhere else. I did the PageFile fix but still had those crashes. I inspected the log i saw an "access violiation" error, related to RAM. So i tried to disable XMP Profile on my BIOS. Since i did this, i've played several hours without a crash or any stuttering. I'm running a B650 X GAMING V2 from Gygabyte and have 32Gb or GDDR5 4800 mhz Corsair ram. REMEMBER I DID BOTH PAGEFILE FIX AAAAND DISABLE XMP PROFILE. And it's only for this game, every other game i played with XMP profile worked well, so it's game related. If you have the dxgi error , lower your graphics to "High" instead of veryhigh should fix the issues.
Do the Disable XMP is easy to do? It's just a box to check/uncheck in the bios?
This is what I see in the lastest logs, so it looks to be the same issue as you had, I gone into my BIOS, and I saw that A-XMP was already disabled, but idk if XPM and A-XMP are the same?
