1080p

Tried using NVIDIA's DSR, upscaled the game from 1080p to 2160p, it didn't help but made dithering smaller (still very noticeable)

you can't fix the dithering, that's something the developers "intended" for you to not see by removing it with temporal blur. the only fix is to use taa or deal with the dithering

i just did a screenshot in the model viewer aswell.

the dithering is there. it is necessary to get the hair to look good. standard technique to do that, these days. taa is pretty dang good cleaning it up in motion. unfortunately dlss nor dlaa are capable of smoothing it. it ends up a fuzzy mess on my end. i reckon even higher resolution won't fix that if your base (1080p) resolution is too low to get to upscale resolution (2160p). that is like 2 times.

either way... just don't look at it too closely and it should be just fine. atleast with taa. the fuzz is defo dlss/dlaa's fault. you can't blame the dev for that.

unfortunately taa actually makes it worse for me

and the game actually renders in 2160p with dsr, so i'm not just using ai-based upscalers for it
