FSR 4 Disabled in The Last of Us part 2 Remastered

Hi everyone, I need help. I can't get the game to activate FSR 4. Latest Adrenaline drivers 25.3.2, Global FS4 setting turned on and FSR 3.1 selected in graphics settings.

Curiously, there is no FSR 4 setting in the specific game Adrenaline software menu for me. When I launch the game, the little window just says that FSR 4 is disabled.

I tried uninstalling the AMD drivers, tried the 25.3.1 version to no success.
Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.
