I mean from 435 GOTY awards Elden Ring have got, they got some awards from insignificant journos or blogs you said, but still 435 GOTY awards is awesome. 🤩
True, but the game awards are like the Grammys and Oscars nowadays. Most just don't care. Meainingless trinkets.
There were GOTY games that I would play for several hours, get bored or disinterested, and just abandon playing it.
It does sound pretentious and lazy to list in the games description. As most people checking this game want a synopsis of the game instead of exaggerated hype.
