and part 1 is not unoptimized, it's just how naughty dog codes. they squeeze the hardware out. and they very iiklely done that with part 1 on the ps5. you can run some numbers on thread counts and clock speeds. also pc has a different architechture. more stuff todo to get the graphics on screen.
you'll need a recent 6-8 core cpu with a good clock speed to hit stable framerate. 16 GB of ram should be enough. more is better for streaming content. and you'll need a 10-15 tflop gpu to get 1080p/1440p at ~60 fps. raster/compute output varies across brands/vendors.
part 1's content and high textures pretty much require 8-10 GB of vram on the ps5. you need the same on a pc to ge the same quality. part 2 ran with ~6 GB vram on the ps4 to look as good as it did. i dunno how much it uses on the ps5.
