Not demanding is not what ppl look for anymore. It's the lack of optimization with PC ports. I don't know what it is with these developers but they in general code really well the games into consoles but do a chit job on PC. Wasn't always this way. but post 2010 gaming era , just turned that way.
to answer this in a techincal way. consoles and pc have different architechtures. if you load a texture on the console. it goes straight into the shared vram. on a pc you usually gotta take an extra step and decompress it into the ram and then move it into the graphics card memory. or decompress on the fly and move packets into the graphics memory. this comes with a certain "latency", that is the pci-e slot interface.

The 1st one is a corridor game, coming from PS3 and it was the game that used the most my 14700k, it's ridiculous. Okay, the game was very beautiful and smooth, but nothing justifies that kind of CPU usage.
