When the W.L.F Edition of the Steam version will be announced?

I tried emailing both Sony and Naughty Dog about it. Sony told me to ask Naughty Dog and Naughty Dog haven't responded to the 3 different contact methods I've tried.

Yeah I was curious about this as well. I bought the CE for the first game on PC and hope to complete the set. Guess it's a wait and see situation for now.

Now I’m starting to get worried. I also got the Firefly Edition, so it would suck if the WLF Edition doesn’t get released for PC.

Part 1 didn’t really include any additional in-game content, so it’s possible that the PS5 Firefly Edition had surplus copies left over. Me being cynical thinks that the PC Firefly Edition could have been made from unsold PS5 inventory that got re-packaged.

But Part 2 did include a lot of additional in-game content on PS5, so the WLF Edition likely sold significantly better. Which means there may not be enough unsold PS5 inventory to re-package it for PC, and not enough interest to justify a new production run.

That said, the Firefly Edition was only made available for pre-order about a month before the PC release date (before it got delayed), so there’s still around a month to wait.

Regardless, I will keep waiting all the way until release. If not, then it means getting a PS5 WLF Edition from eBay, and that’ll be the closest we can get. Even if it does feel kinda wrong.

Sadly here we are a month later. Absolutely nothing, they haven’t even given the hardware requirements to tell me my PC won’t run it 😂

The lack of updates makes me wonder if this is gonna get delayed, I’m sure Part 1 had hardware requirements announced by this close to release.

Either way, it is not looking good for a PC WLF Edition.

Yeah this sucks. They announced a controller and that’s it. But, hope never dies so lets keep our fingers crossed!

Yeah I think we can definitely say it’s not going to happen at this point.

At least now I can get my Steam pre-order in (even though my PC probably won’t run it, but we’ll see) and then I’ll look for a PS5 WLF Edition off eBay.

Just to rub some more salt into our wounds. This got announced today - PS5 collector’s edition includes both Part 1 and Part 2. Not sure if it’s a cash grab or not 🤔
