Am I just slow ? How long did it take you to beat the game

Am I playing too slow? Play about 1-2 hours a day. Have 40 hours in game STILL GOT 2 chapters left. Playing on hard. Only died handful of times try to get most of the artifacts but not hardcore hunter.
40 hours in and I’m on chapter 10 With Abby Santa Barba.

How long did it take you to beat the game? It’s been about 2 weeks now for me…. Still not done but I’m enjoying it

This game feels about three times bigger for me in terms of content than part 1, and I love it.
So far I'm at 45 hours playing as Abby day 2 in seattle. I'm playing a few hours a day because I don't want this game to end, ng+ won't be as exciting. It's my first playthrough.

30 ish hours. Though some small portion of that time was spent with the game just running in background.

I didn't do literally everything there was to do. But I didn't speedrun or anything.

I took about 32 hours or so, I can't remember exactly because I've played it again since then. I've also been playing the No Return mode. I always take longer to beat games because I take everything in. Some people on here, try to beat a game as soon as possible, like they get rewarded for it.

It feels longer because you're playing as multiple characters, I think. Overall, I was a bit faster with Part 2 than with Part 1, even though I spent almost an hour at the Hillcrest houses.

I spent about 35 hours on Part 2 on Grounded difficulty, and around 40 hours on Part 1 for a single playthrough.

Is it really a problem if you play slowly or not? Just enjoy yourself, no matter how much time you put in.
Just take your time, because once you've finished the game, you won't want to play any other game for a few days (2 days minimum).

i usually beat story games like this in 10 hours or so but this one took kinda long i think this is like the era where games became bigger

First time I finished this on PS4 it took me 50 hours.
Simply because I admired all the small details they put into this.
If someone does not care about the intricacies of world building and level design then that's fine and I guess you could easily finish this in 20ish hours.

I had finished the game after 38 Hours.
Took my time tryed to explore everywhere on the map that i was on.
imo its not fun rushing thru a game.
