Crash Hotspots during resort and after taking Yara to Aquarium

The only time the game crashed for me were at these two spots. The first, at the aquarium, had something to do with looking at the ocean. I got past it fine by staring at the ground for a while (riveting game play). However I'm unable to get past the second crash hotspot, the resort. After getting to the rattlers camp and fighting the first group at the crop area, I'm unable to get close to the gate and proceed. My computer has had no problem running the rest of the game. I've tried low settings and window mode.

I experienced the same thing during The Birthday Gift. The way I managed to finally get past it was to race the crashes to the cutscenes. It was a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ fix, but it worked after 7 CTDs.

Somehow I was able to stop the crashes after verifying the game files and putting all of the settings to very low.
