PS4 controller sound

Game runs perfectly no complaints there, but for some odd reason, my Dualshock 4 makes a crackling sound coming from the controllers speaker ONLY when i play this game. Its not that much of an issue considering i wear both headphones when playing the game but its still a tad bit jarring nonetheless. Anyone got any idea what it could be?

Turns out i just didnt have steam input on and that was the problem

Try switching latency modes in the audio settings of the game, the description says it might help with crackling noises.
