It's not woke at all, Welcome to 2025 where things are much more acceptable.
OK so how is it "woke" exactly?
Because the story has a lesbian couple?
Because abby has a buff body type due to rigorous training?
Rigorous training? LOL.
Never once saw her train nor spoke of it.
Other gays and trans. Hmmm, coincidence. Gotcha.
It's clear she's trained up, between the events of the zebra caught in the wire and her catching up to Joel and Tommy years had passed.. And she's a soldier fighting for WLF on the front lines, of course she's trained.
You don't need to physically see her training to come to that conclusion, There is even a Gym at the stadium base.

Even during her flashback she's fairly petite in stature whilst she was a firefly during the events of the first game.

Woke this, woke that, woke, woke, woke. I was woke'ing down the street when all of sudden some woke happened and I couldn't believe how woke it made me. I was so woke that, i went home and stared into the empty wokeness void of existence. I soon realized if i didn't stop being so woke that it could and was consuming me.

If the term was hijacked or not, you and yours know damn well what it means. If it were given another name you and yours would still argue it.
I dont particularly care if the characters of a videogame are gay, lesbian or whatever.
If the story is good and it is told in a way that is good, even if I disagree with some actions characters take, then I don't mind.
The only "Agenda" I have, is to enjoy the games I play, that's it.. none of this political nonsense.
If they're not fun to play or aren't engaging then I'm going to criticise it.
If they're fun to play and are engaging, ofc I'm not going to mind.

but at least the gameplay is good and sound is one of the best if you have the set up of course.

ps5 pro runsd this in native 1440p with 100-120 fps in native 4k with 55-60 fps and 144p upscaled with pssr is like 80-100 fps
