Great game play in story mode. No return is fun and has some replay value. I loved the first game, this one seemed to be pushing an agenda though. Almost every character you run into is some sort of LGBT. It gets really old to get this forced down your throat on TV, now on video games. I am not complaining about Ellie at all being gay, although she does get really annoying in this sequel for how she treats Joel. Being gay is normal and I am not complaining about a gay character, but when every single person is either gay, questionable, a lot of the enemy types are huge, burly woman that carry around sledge hammers is just a little silly.
No return lets you play as Joel and Tommy and Ellie which is great. Your other choices are:
Dina: A lesbian
Jesse: An Asian man that a lesbian steals his girl
Abby: A huge, burly, steroid girl
Lev: A girl that transitioned into a boy
Yara: A one armed Asian girl
Mel: A pregnant female nurse
Manny: A Puerto Rican or Cuban guy
Marlene: A radical activist black female
Bill: An old, gay man.

See how ridiculous this sounds? Just feels like the developers hate the fan base and pushed away everyone that loved Joel. Has a Star Wars vibe to it. What did they say in that movie, "Let the past die, kill it if you have to." Their way of spitting on the faces of the old fans.

I wont be silenced about this. I am not saying anything that is inflammatory, I am pointing out that a game developer is attempting to change the direction in the sequel into a woke mess. The game is now about how men are horrible and depraved/ vehement feminism is awesome.

I think the only time I might agree with that is the quick moment in the beginning yknow the Bigot Sandwich scene. I remember thinking Oh so it’s going to be one of those type of games. But really from then on the “woke” is just a backdrop and I just don’t understand people who get uppity when a character is gay, who cares would it really have been better if Dina was a dude?

Blinders? Lol. Issue with race is all white men, unless gay, are some kind of messed up. Only the females of the show are strong. Even in the show, they are race changing and its for a reason. Its not innocent like you make it sound. Blinders on is to walk through life and act like these people are EVERYWHERE. Guess what, less than 2 percent of the world is gay. ! percent trans, yet the game and show is flooded with them. What are the chances of that? Its done for a reason, and if you cant see it, then you have the blinders on.

I just don't think of things as (misinterpreted word/term) "woke". "They" are everywhere and often hide, or refuse to report self-identity, that fact due to ridicule or persecution. Worldwide, too. Not sure where you got your statistical info from (it's more like a min. 15% globally) but you are just hiding behind ignorance, like the other "this is woke" soapbox bellyachers.

Besides, this is just a harmless game/story. And a good one at that.

Brother did you miss that scene where Joel takes down a bloater with a machete lol or Tommy being a one man army. The two protagonists are female because they’re suppose to be this like mirror of each other daughters who lost their dads, so naturally the two females get the most screentime. And only Ellie/Dina is gay people talk as if everyone you meet is like “Hey I’m Nora, my pronouns are They/Them and I am pansexual🌈.” The reason TLOU got so much acclaim is how real the cast feels, acting and dialogue-wise

idc much about the story or about what people how they live their life i think part 1 ellie wasnt lesbien at all and the game had nothing to do with what part 2 brought... but i gues thats how companies work once you pay a couple of millions to guys like neil druckman they are like 'yea sure lets fk up the story' lol

There is a reason its pushed everywhere. I have a life. My family has a life. My friends have a life. My coworkers have lives. We all see the same agenda being pushed. I am 37 with kids, great pay, properties. Yuri Bezmenov was right and you guys sit in your echo chamber acting like its no big deal. Also, 15% is such an inflated number, if anything like you are saying it MIGHT be 8% of the entire world.

That's the point. Why should it be a "big deal"? It isn't. Live your life. Let others live their life, just as you mentioned in your 2nd thru 5th sentences. We only get one (hopefully long) life so enjoy in whichever way you can. Nothing is "being pushed", this is a vehicle just to express other ideas that actually do exist, not an "agenda", yet is either often stifled or completely unacknowledged. Media is a good tool for this. Play the game, then carry on to the next. Life is too short to miss out on stuff.
