No Return Bug

I fully completed a run and got the savage startlight skin set for ellie but when I returned to the menu, no options showed up and I had to end task and restart the game, all the progress from that run was gone. including the challenges I had finished, except the boss one for some reason? pls fix

Same, I got it to work for awhile and then it decided to do that again whenever I killed the rattler boss. Whenever im not actually progressing it seems to work so :/
