Ellie keep falling under the textures in Seattle...

Asus RX 7600 8GB
(AMD Adrenalin Edition 25.3.2 Optional)
64 GB RAM
Game installed on a SSD

So I can't reach the Western part in the corner of the map of the location in Seattle
When I try to go through Ellie just falling under the textures...luckely horse stops so I can check places that Ellie can't reach....
Need some advice....
Btw game works better than Part I, instead of crashing time by time

It was an old Reddit post (can't remember) but if you walk into the bank, fart around for a minute or two and go back, it fixes it. Sounds like a joke, but it did work for me.
