Best settings for Rx6600 1080p without upscaling?

I'm playing on a Ryzen 7 5700, 32GB DDR4 RAM, fps around 47-60 most of the time in outdoor zones, 75 fps indoors. Is there a setting that can help achieve 75 fps all the time without using any uspcaling and framegen options right now?

Environmental LODs quality option gives +10 fps on average for every time you lower it.
Example: Very high to High = 10 fps gain. High to Medium = 5 fps gain.
