is there no other way to get to the target area? where exactly is that wall? i just played it the other day with no issues. i could try replay and test, i guess. (i need sleep tho)
The "wall" extends all the way over Marion ST and 6th Ave. it extends all the way to the edges of the map, so it's impossible to get to the north section where the Court House is.
like so? https://i.imgur.com/ABmPt0H.png that's weird. i've seen other spots where people fell thru. i for sure didn't have those issues. i know there's an old graphics glitch in downtown. that exists even in the ps4 version. i screenshot it. could be related. a numerical precision issue that misplaces things. just spitbaling tho, no clue what's really happening.
Exactly! I've read on a different discussion that going to the Bank vault and waiting there for a few moments fixes the issue.
