While this exact method didn't fix it, I played around with those settings and it improved it alot. Thanks!
doesn't work on my end, tho. it creates shimmer or pixels. maybe cause i use an outdated driver. but... w/e. i don't need any dlstuff nor the driver. luckily a user told me the bypass. :)
I've had it happen a couple of times when I change the resolution after streaming to my Steam Deck. Both times it was fixed by restarting the game.
Edit: It could be related to DLSS/DLAA. When I switch from my desktop to playing on Steam Deck (from 3440x1440 ultrawidescreen to 1920x1200 which matches the 16:10 aspect ratio of the Steam Deck even though it's higher resolution than the Deck - I think it looks a bit sharper and more refined than streaming at 800p) I turn off DLSS, FSR Frame Gen and just use DLAA native anti-aliasing. So, again, a couple of times I got the pixelated look after doing this and restarting fixed it for me.

Then I used the tips in here in the display settings about dynamic resolution, etc. It should improve the hair and beard stuff by a lot.
Yeah by default sharpening was maxed out like wtf
