Seattle Day 1, Synagogue Rope Impossible to get past!

Is anyone else not able to swing to the other balcony in the synagogue? It auto climbs up the rope when I try to swing and then I cant get enough distance to land the jump. I was able to do it just fine on PS5 so this is really strange

there's a button prompt that tells you how to get the swing momentum. i think it was alt.

Hold Q and use W=forward S=backwards and space to jump.
