FIX FOR : FPS Drop/Stuttering/Freezing
Not sure about Nvidia-Intel or AMD CPU&GPU....BUT, for AMD(CPU)-Nvidia(GPU) PCs...DISABLE RESIZEABLE BAR IN BIOS. Was an IMMEDIATE fix. Improved performance, FPS, usage, temps, everything. NO MORE STUTTERING, NO MORE FPS DROPS, NO MORE LAGGING, NO MORE ANY OF IT.

this didn't work on my 4090 unfortunately. All I can do is wait for a patch. PC gaming sucks.

yeah sometimes you have to read but it's better to have options and control than shovelled experiences that are hit or miss in their quality and performance with no way of fixing them

I spend a lot of money on good hardware and still have bad experiences. I'm tired of this tbh

and I know of people with high end hardware not having these issues

OK, but that's not my fault. All I can do is use hardware that the game recommends me to. I have no control over how the game runs. On console, at least everyone is getting the same experience.
My problems were resolved by disabling Frame Generation. i9 14900K and 4090.
Other than the minute or so of judder as new shaders are compiled in the background when entering new areas (known issue), the game is buttery smooth for me at 4K and DLSS 4 Quality.

nobody knows what you've installed on your machine or what bad overclocks you may have. Console has had its share of games with bugs and performance issues that were only fixable by updates, which can be massive day 1 patches or having to wait.

Come on man. Why would I overclock. I bought the top end parts so I dont have to do that

it's an example. You could also have security software interfering with things
