Seraphite Island Location?
In the game there are signs that its said to be "Exit 163A, W Seattle Br, Columbian Way" which is part of I-5.
And indeed Space Needle is located near I-5 there, however its so miserably close to aquarium you could just take a hike, so what do you need a boat for anyway?
