Before you buy, please read

I was a fan of the first one. Played it over and over again.

I even bought an PlayStation 4 for it since it was not coming back then to the PC platform.

Without a doubt I can say, for me at least. Part 1 is the best game I have played in my life until so far. Best story, best what not. Loaded with game awards. When I finished Part 1 it left me with a feeling of wow! What an incredible ride the game story of Part 1 was.

Then came Part II.

Where you had a warm fuzzy and nice feeling at the end of Part 1, Part 2 will take that feeling and brutally wreck that totally.

By the time you will have finished Part 2 you are going to hate it and be confused as well if you played Part 1.

For me the confusion started right after 2 hours into the game where Joel gets killed!

There is an over the top theme in Part 2 where brutally rules. I hated the game and everything so bad when I ended the game, I was totally sick of it.

What I am trying to say here is

*If you loved Part 1, don't play (or even buy) Part 2.*

Just my 2 cents.

As with many you clearly missed the entire point that Joel was a bad man who did bad things and that putting harm into the world clearly comes back on you in the long run. A bad person can do good things too but at the end of the day Joel reaped what he sewed.

The last of us 2 is much better than the first part. It's more adult game. I finished The Last of us 1 9 times The Last of Us Remastered 10 times and The Last of Us 2 20 times. And I'm playing The Last of us 2 for the 21th time. Gameplay is much better than TLOU1, so many variants to kill.:)

Wow, thought I played the first one a lot. Good on you. Like many, felt #2 was tough on the emotions but that’s by design. I guess you are less bothered by it after the 4-5th play through. Looking forward to enjoying it further on my rig, it looks very nice on a 4090 with an LG C3 screen.
