Crashing on Bridge with Lev

Am I the only person crashing on the bridge part where you have to walk across?
This is frustrating as I can't continue.

I can't even get past capitol hill before crashing to desktop. I pretty much gave up on trying to play because it's pointless when the game won't stay running no longer than an hour sometimes 2 hours (if your lucky) to get that far. I might just try to get a refund for the game since how it's pretty much unplayable and I'm running this game on a PC with an RTX 4080 Super.
