"HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Naughty Dog\The Last of Us Part II\Input"
and set "EnableMouseSmoothing" to "0"
That should help with the mouse aiming.
how did you fixed it, iam also having this issue, like the aim is stuck when aiming at the head,
I tried to get used to it, but the game is stressful enough on grounded
So I ended up using the regedit fix that MrBeat suggested above
Actually yes the aiming is how they meant the game to be played. The game actually has weapon sway and recoil which is why there are upgrades to reduce these lmao But that’s why the aiming feels more natural with controller on this game. That weight you’re talking about is a mechanic.
they had to patch it in to make the aim better later on
they just never learned from that point on!
It's not clear if it's intentional or a control bug. I'm leaning towards the latter because there is no tutorial on how the sway works, and they do show A LOT of tutorials on every aspect of the game during death loading screens
It just feels weird when playing with a mouse because the game was designed with analogue sticks in mind. The swaying is your accuracy and there's ways to upgrade it at workstation tables.
Then what they should have done is to show a tutorial after you died by failing to land a headshot
