Input lag on keyboard
There seems to be quite a delay with inputs using my keyboard. CPU and GPU usage is high reaching 100% at times, but my frames are still around 90-130. Swapping over to a controller it seems that this doesn't happen anymore. My mouse movement has absolutely no issues either and aiming is performed immediately after the click. This is specifically happening at the WLF Gate for me.

There is one other post claiming the same issue, but their controller seems problematic which isn't the case for me.

I have same delay on keyboard and cant control character...
Same thing happens to me and random intervals through the game, although I noticed that it doesn’t just effect game inputs, I cannot alt+tab out when this happens without the delay effecting it

Curious, playing on boarder-less full-screen or exclusive full-screen?

Yep,same issues. For example, when I press TAB, it can take even several seconds to open the inventory.. never had such problem in any other game, in my 30 years of gaming experience.. Its just the keyboard and mouse.. when I use controller, everything is fine. I didnt have this problem in part I remaster.

If anyone is wondering - turning off Frame Gen seems to solve this issue.. Its strange, because in "part I" i didnt have this issue with frame gen on..

It wasn't Frame Gen. My CPU was running very hot after an investigation on my side (Stock cooler + African summer temps + 100% utilisation). I noticed the lag was gone for a while after minimising the game in certain areas in the game. Started checking temps and found a correlation there. Everything was sorted out once that was upgraded. Assuming that thermal throttling caused an odd side effect on their emulator. As the controller and mouse could bypass the input lag and their was definitely no visible FPS drops.
