Streaming with OBS Problem

it's stutter on streaming side but not on gameplay
anyone having this?
other games are fine
if my cpu goes 100% it does that

r5 5600
rtx 4070 super

It's happening for me only when it's loading shaders. After that it's smooth.

I use mid-high settings and play on full HD. For me it sounds like maybe you need to turn down your settings so your PC has some room for the streaming program or use a dual PC streaming setup.

it fix with frame rate cap to 60fps but sometimes still Encoding Overload when my cpu hit 100%

i tried to downgrade obs version but still

Preset P5 on the nvenc encoder or you got higher ? multipass on or off ? psycho visual on or off ? Those should eat the most of the cuda cores on your nvidia card.
