How to turn belly up when prone to the ground?

You can't do it while already proning. When Ellie's standing, dodge back and prone immediately after you do it while holding the S key or sliding the thumb stick down, Ellie should get on the ground facing up.

Actually, it's simpler than that. When you're proning, if you aim to the direction where your head is pointing, you stay with your belly down; if you aim to the direction where your feet are pointing, you stay with your belly up
