GTX 1080ti,HDD and 16 gb RAM-is good hardware for 60 fps?

guys, will the game work normally on my hardware? I just don't have the money for an RTX graphics card right now, but I really want to play

I mean you have 2 hours to play it and find out. That GPU is getting really really old now but for a game like this that has a min spec of a 1650 then maybe. However that HDD will not work it requires an SSD. Literally any SSD it doesn't even have to be nvme.

GPU is fine for 1440 resolutions. As for HDD you have to wait a while before stage loading.
Also make sure it is a HDD just for games and not the C drive where Windows is installed. Or game can become unplayable.
