Anybody on the new 5000 series GPUs can expect some driver issues as NVIDIA slowly matures the drivers for those cards.
Changing or just reinstalling the driver might help anybody using any brand of GPU. Hopefully it's not your GPU physically dying. It's most likely a driver issue.
The Windows 11 24H2 update caused black screen issues in some games. Microsoft has been releasing more updates to try to fix the issues 24H2 caused. Some people are still having black screen issues in games like Mafia Definitive Edition. This Windows update more famously caused black screen issues in some Ubisoft games like Assassin's Creed Origins. Ubisoft worked with Microsoft to get that game working again. Last I knew, Microsoft still had a list of known problems to fix caused by 24H2. I read supposedly Windows 10 also received a similar update. This problem might also exist on Windows 10. idk
Make sure your temps are good. Overheating can obviously cause problems. I'd expect your game to totally crash out if you were overheating. This seems more like a software issue.
I'm using a 4070 at the moment. I only had issues with this game. It's a MSI Gaming Trio, I wonder if it might have being conflicts between nvidia drivers and msi center.
