No ammo from enemies on Grounded, bug or intended?

By no ammo I mean ZERO drops from enemies about 7 hours in. In TLOU part 1 I was used to get ammo from an enemy when I had zero bullets. However in TLOU part 2 I don't get any bullets outside of predifined spawns. Is this intended? I tried quick google but couldn't find anything.

its a valid question, part 1 would calc its ammo drops on your current ammo count

Part 2 doesn't drop ammo like Part 1 does, you have to learn how to sneak through areas and rely on your knife. It's definitely harder than Part 1's Grounded

I play realistic and there is also no ammo on bodies. The ammo are very veryyy rare

Thanks for clarifying. It's definitely more pain in the ass so far. Have to sneak more.
