The game crashes in the theater after the guitar scene
Every time Ellie finishes playing the guitar in the theatre, my screen goes black and game crashed.
Checked the game files in the steam, didn't help.

Hey all, thanks for sharing your feedback. We are investigating this crash.

So far our investigations point out that this crash can occur for some players when the game is set to 1440p in combination with the "Medium" setting for Volumetric Fog.

If you experience this crash, try changing the resolution or the Volumetric Fog setting.

If this does not help, please reach out to Nixxes Support[support.nixxes.com].

same problem. tried all of the guides start theathre chapter again and 0 result. i checked the problem in logs and it says (code: 0xc0000005): "Access violation"
so i checked about this code but hothing works

This is known problem in further play...pls STICK THIS.
Only workaround is switch to window mode, play this chapter and then switch back to fullscreen.

Crashing at Theatre *Spoilers*
Anyone else having a issue with the game just black screening and crashing when ellie is playing the guitar in the theatre, its done it in the same spot over 5 times so im guessing its a general issue. any fixes would be appreciated

i switched the resolution and it loaded the next chapter correctly

ok...I have found another fix...try to decrease "Volumetric Effects". In my case it was root cause. Or justr try set quality to low and try to increase one setting one by one to find what causing crash
