The game crashes in the theater after the guitar scene
Every time Ellie finishes playing the guitar in the theatre, my screen goes black and game crashed.
Checked the game files in the steam, didn't help.

Hey all, thanks for sharing your feedback. We are investigating this crash.

So far our investigations point out that this crash can occur for some players when the game is set to 1440p in combination with the "Medium" setting for Volumetric Fog.

If you experience this crash, try changing the resolution or the Volumetric Fog setting.

If this does not help, please reach out to Nixxes Support[support.nixxes.com].

It's the resolution I think, 1440p crashes some chapters like that one. It will happen later in Hillcrest too.
I don't get why on earth it happens, 1080p works, 4K works but 1440p crashes immediately upon applying.

Happened to me on 1440p as well. Just switch to windowed the put it back after the cutscene

The game crashes after the guitar scene with Ellie.
I've been running the game for the 3rd time, the cut scene with Ellie in the theater with the guitar goes on, a black screen and then the game crashes. :VGRUMPY:

Put the game in windowed, play the chapter and go full screen again. Saw this in a thread today or yesterday can't find a real fix. This is a shame because it completly ♥♥♥♥♥ the immersion but this the only work around i found for the moment.

i have issue and can't get past a cut scene with ellie playing on guitar becasue game crashes out all the time to my home screen.

When Ellie plays the guitar and the cutscene ends the game crashes with an error.
I put the lower resolution the game works, but when I put normal the game crashes. How to fix it?

Когда Элли играет на гитаре и заканчивается катсцена, игра вылетает с ошибкой.

yes exactly there brother it helped me getting on window mode to get past it but ass soon
i'm turing on full scren this ♥♥♥♥ happening again
