I Can't put in the number 23 in the middle of the 3 number code. It goes from 22 to 24? what the hell?

I have this issue when opening safes, just use S and W on keyboard and go to number 19 or lower and then try again, weird bug especially when Part I had no issues with opening safes

Same here. Can't recall ever having this much headache over the safes in the first game. Definitely needs some tuning.

yeah, Uras is right, just arrow up and down carefully. It's like developers hate mouse users..

i literally had to plug in a controller to get "23" to pop up.. even after using the arrow keys

Just scroll up more, to let's say 29, then scroll down again slowly to 23.
