As good a part 1??
Is this as good or better than part 1? I love that first game but I'm paranoid about blowing another $50 - $60 after I was burned twice. I bought that Indiana Jones game last and it cost $70 and it was one of the worst games I ever played in my life, they should call it "Indiana Jones knocks people out while completely lost" because that's pretty much all you do the entire game. See a guy and knock him out, see a guy and knock him out, see a guy and knock him out, oh yes and dress like a Priest and swing and jump all over the Vatican like a monkey without anyone getting a bit suspicious and where do you have to go? Who knows because the map system is a complete disaster. so for 90 hours your jumping and swinging in front of Bishops, Priests, Mussolinis soldiers, and they are perfectly OK with that. It was like an early 1990s game from hell, I don;t know how anyone could give that game a positive review

Did you like part 1? This is more or less the same thing but the combat is more advanced. The combat has a lot of stealth but you aren't forced to do it. You can go guns blazing and it has some of the best 3rd person shooting encounters I've experienced in a modern story driven game. You always have tons of varying options when it comes to combat encounters.

People had complaints about the games plot but never the gameplay.

Trashing Indiana Jones? Come on that game is an absolute gem! It’s mind blowing from start to finish, the graphics are next-level like you’re living in a damn Spielberg movie with every dusty ruin and shadowy Vatican corner popping off the screen. The gameplay is pure gold. Knocking out goons left and right feels so satisfying It’s hilariously badass and dripping with charm. The map’s a bit of a maze, sure, but that just adds to the adventure, figuring it out feels like you’re Indy himself, cracking a lost relic’s secrets. It’s the most fun I’ve had in years, hands down one of the best games out thereand anyone sleeping on it is missing out big time.

Now, TLOU2 is a Total letdown. It’s nothing like the first game, Part I had soul, that raw emotional punch. This sequel’s a woke trainwreck, bogged down by heavy handed preaching and a story that trips over itself trying to be deep. The gameplay’s fine, but it’s nowhere near the magic of the original. Save your cash, man Indiana Jones is the real deal, a wild ride worth every penny while TLOU2 is just a disappointing shadow of what came before.

No, woke garbage imo.

Better gameplay, story wise your milage may vary. But certainly, if gameplay and graphics is your concern it doesn't get much better.
It’s better than part 1 in my opinion but it’s controversial and some don’t like it because they don’t like what happens. A story is not bad simply because you don’t like what happens.

The first game is a masterpiece. The second is garbage.
Not even close. Love the first. Second should be banned from earth and have all its fans put on a watch list.

Worse pacing, and overall story is subjective, but the gameplay is undeniably better. Add in No Return and it was just fun to play and kill ♥♥♥♥ on Grounded. Just waiting longer based on forums to double dip after they patched some of the issues.
