Game keeps running on steam after exit and i cannot login into PSN: 0x80B8000E

Same. Problem with the PSN SDK, no overlay and i have to force quit

i had the same problem saw someone that said to disable fullscreen exclusive and it worked for me

I removed the game from PSN and restarted my PC . That fixed it for me.

The Playstation(R) PC SDK Runtime cannot start because it is missing from your computer.

right after clicking the play button, hangs waits and goes back to desktop.
found info saying to go into the game folder and manually install the file but when i double click the SDK file i get -
The Installation Package could not be opened. Verify that the package exists and that you can access it or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid windows installer package.

Then after the game comes back to desktop it disables my keyboard lights and all options, last straw for me, put in for refund. Apparently same issues were with other playstations games (spiderman 2, ghost of tsushimo), would have thought these issues would be fixed but there not.

Then all the issues people listed out here, thx but forget it, i reinstalled twice, tried available fix's and nothing.
