Game looks worse than TLoU Part 1.

I've played Part 1 on ultra settings, same for Part 2, playing it right now, but visuals seem to have taken a huge step back compared to previous game on PC. Textures on cars and buildings look as if they have 480p resolution. I don't even talk about the shadows, i really miss them. Devs had hard time optimizing it for PC or the game had the same issues when it launched on PS back in 2020? I could've sent few screenshots but i don't know how xD

This is a remaster, Part 1 is a remake made after this game.

That said, I didn't notice anything like this. I finished Part 1 last week, the graphics look pretty much the same fidelity to me. Played both on everything maxed except for motion blur, film grain, and camera distortion effects off.

yes, i expected more. the Part 1 Remaster on PC was amazing. Maybe i await to much. But a bit more as Part 1 should be possible. But it seems they only ported the PS Version and do less changes/addons ;(

Same happens on PS5. First is a full remake, second is a remaster.

That's because Part 1 came out 2 years after Part 2.
Part 2 was a PS4 release originally, Part 1 was made for PS5.

Because Part 1 is a remake, while this one is just a remaster of PS4 game from 2020
