Why can't I turn upscaling off?

Does the game force lock using upscaling for anyone else? I have AMD and the game forces me to use FSR 3.1 for some reason. It doesn't look the best - I'd way rather turn it off as my PC can definitely handle it. Anyone know how to turn it off or why it's locked to on?

Try disabling Dynamic Resolution Scaling and then you should have the option to turn off FSR

change upscalling method to OFF , at first I also thought can't disable upscaller

it only has the option for fsr and xess on the upscale method

I had the problem too. You have to switch the upscaling method ingame, there is the option "off". Since then, you have it in the launcher as well.. weird, but it worked for me

I’m trying to turn off dynamic resolution to get the raw performance of 4k 60
I’m working with a 4070
Ti super. So i know my pc handle it . Any ideas?
