Oh right—well, it’s 2025, and developers have access to an abundance of advanced technology and powerful game engines that are readily available. There’s really no excuse anymore. Saying the game was designed for the PS4 isn’t a valid argument at this point. We’re two full hardware generations past that, and the industry has already proven that cross-gen development doesn’t have to mean sacrificing quality. If anything, it highlights a lack of ambition or care. Modern tools exist to scale across platforms—so designing to the limitations of decade-old hardware in 2025 feels like a cop-out.

You know what I’ll bite, you’re almost certainly just a bad troll but I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt.
All those things you mentioned require the game's engine to be able to scale in that way, in the first place, no tool exists to magically scale a PS4 engine to a platform it was never designed to scale to. That requires an engine swap.
