Mouse and Keyboard Issue: Have to press M1 twice to fire a single round.

I am currently in Capitol Hill, and this only happens on Mouse and Keyboard. When I am aiming a gun on M&K, pressing M1 once, the gun doesn't fire, but when I press M1 a second time, then the gun fires. This has become quite an annoying issue to deal with especially in firefights, is anyone else having this issue?

Also having this issue, just posted a thread on it. Seems too coincidental for a handful of people to be having this issue if its just a "dying mouse" i own the first game as well and this isn't an issue at all.

I haven't played the game, but I know a guy who is having the same issue with some guns like pistol

Having it too. Just did a google search on the issue and found this thread. Super annoying.

The bug has been acknowledged by Nixxes. They say it is probably caused by using the mouse cursor to click on "restart checkpoint". Use the keyboard solely to navigate and select the menu to load/reload/save games as a workaround for now.
